IMPORTANT INFORMATION​​

  • Every player is required to complete a separate entry form

​

  • For Early Bird registration, both the Player Form and the payment must be received by the deadline: July 16, 2023

​

​

  • Please note that entries will be considered confirmed only upon the receipt of payment and completion of the Player Registration Form for both players. 

​

  • All entries are final as of per registration deadline (August 20, 2023)​

​

  • Any withdrawal or cancellation prior to registration deadline is subject to $25 admin fee per player.

​

  • No refund can be issued past registration deadline (August 20th, 2023)

​

  • Substitutions may be accepted if requested at least 3 days prior to the tournament and is subject to approval. And no refund will be issued for substitutions.

I hereby waive and forever discharge UNLTD BADMINTON, its employees, partners, volunteers, and affiliated personnel from all claims, damages, costs, and expenses in respect to any injury or damage to my person or property, regardless of the cause, which may occur as a result of my participation in the tournament. Furthermore, I confirm that I do not have any knowledge of any physical illness or disability that could pose a danger or hazard to my health during my participation.

I understand and consent that UNLTD BADMINTON retains the right to use photographs of its programs, including the tournament and its participants, for promotional purposes.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Mens Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles
WATERFALL ( ELITE - A - B - C )
​
Men's Singles & Women's Singles
Double Elimination ( Main and Consolations )
*Maximum 32 entries for MS, and 14 for WS.
​

  • Standard BWF Rules & Regulations apply.

  • Best of 3 games, Rally points system to 21 per set (Cap at 30).

  • Athletes are guaranteed at least 3 matches for MD, WD, and XD.

    • Guaranteed 2 matches for MS and WS.

      • . Walkovers count as a match.​​​

      • A Bye does not count as a game.​

  • Upon 3rd and final call, athletes who do not present themselves on court may be disqualified.

    • 2 minutes warm-up starting on the 1st call.

    • 1 minute break at 11 pts intervals, 2 minutes break between sets

  • In the event of a forfeit, withdrawal, or no show, the players in questions will be disqualified from the tournament.​

  • Coaching is only permitted at 11 pts intervals and between sets. 

  • Players are to officiate their own games, and Control Desk's decision is final.​

    • Out of respect for players, we kindly ask spectators not to be involved in score keeping, line calls, or being involved at all.

  • One shuttle will be provided per game, players are to supply additional tournament grade shuttles as needed.

  • All players must be at least the age of 14 years old on the day of the tournament. Organizers reserve the right to request government-issued ID to confirm ID and eligibilty of any players on the day of the tournament.

New Rule for all future tournaments with UNLTD:

- Any male (Boy or Man) found using the female washroom, under any circumstances, will be disqualified from the tournament without warning.
